We booked 2 rooms. One room is for me and my husband and another is for our children. We tried to request 2 rooms next to each other, or at the same floor. But we were told by hotel counter that the hotel was fully booked. But we doubt it because the parking lots were pretty empty and we didn't see many guests at hotel lobby upon check out. Our room has many issues - TV remote control and hair dryer all were not working. Waiting for long time to wait for technician to come and fix. The room light was too dim and mattress was a bit soft.
